Key Responsibilities

- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital sports experiences, aligning with business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and define product requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and data analytics, to deliver high-quality products.
- Write detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize the product backlog and manage sprint planning in an Agile development environment.
- Launch new features and products, monitor their performance, and iterate based on user feedback and data.
- Champion user needs and advocate for features that enhance engagement and satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies,



and best practices in digital product management and sports tech.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on digital products, preferably within the sports, media, or entertainment industries.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products from conception to end-of-life.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and design thinking.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Passion for sports and a deep understanding of the fan experience.
