- Partner with clients to understand their technical requirements and organizational culture.

Requirements

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical recruitment or specialized talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully filling roles requiring specific technical expertise (e.g., IT, engineering, advanced manufacturing).
- Strong understanding of technical terminologies and skill sets relevant to key industries.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to vet technical proficiency.
- Proficiency in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other specialized sourcing tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model within the Hermosillo area.
