About the Role

Our client, a fast-paced HR consultancy, is looking for an energetic and resourceful Technology Startup Hiring Specialist to join their team in San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí, MX . This role is dedicated to supporting innovative technology startups in finding the talent they need to scale rapidly. You will be instrumental in identifying and attracting engineers, product managers, designers, and other crucial roles for high-growth companies. The idóneo candidate will have a passion for the startup ecosystem, a strong understanding of tech talent needs, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology startups, from early-stage hires to scaling the engineering and product teams.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of technical roles, including software developers, data scientists, DevOps engineers, and UX/UI designers.
- Develop and implement creative and effective sourcing strategies tailored to the startup environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with startup founders, hiring managers, and key stakeholders.
- Understand the unique culture and vision of each startup to ensure cultural fit during the hiring process.
- Manage candidate experience with speed and efficiency, critical for fast-paced startup hiring.
- Stay updated on technology trends, startup funding landscapes,



and competitive talent market insights.
- Utilize modern recruitment technologies and platforms to optimize the hiring process.
- Contribute to building our client's reputation as a go-to partner for tech startup talent acquisition.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a significant portion focused on the technology sector and/or startup environment.
- Proven ability to recruit for niche and in-demand tech roles.
- Deep understanding of the technology landscape, including various programming languages and software development methodologies.
- Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate engagement skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Fluency in Spanish; knowledge of English is highly desirable.
