Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver engaging virtual workshops on resume writing, interview skills, networking, and job searching techniques.
- Provide individualized career coaching and counseling to participants.

- Connect participants with potential employers and job opportunities.
- Develop and curate relevant training materials and resources.
- Track participant progress and measure employment outcomes.
- Collaborate with community partners and employers to enhance program effectiveness.
- Stay informed about labor market trends and in-demand skills.




- Provide ongoing support and motivation to participants throughout their job search process.
- Maintain accurate records of participant interactions and program activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in career counseling, job placement, training, or a related role.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs, preferably in a virtual setting.
- Strong knowledge of current job market trends, hiring practices, and employment strategies.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain participant engagement remotely.
- Experience with diverse populations is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for empowering individuals and fostering their professional development.
