Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications and public relations, with a significant portion in leadership roles.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing global communication strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Extensive experience in crisis communications and reputation management.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Deep understanding of financial services industry and its regulatory environment is highly desirable.
- Experience in managing remote teams and working effectively in a global, distributed organization.
