About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing online retailer, is seeking a highly organized and process-driven E-commerce Logistics and Order Fulfillment Specialist to join their dynamic, fully remote team. This crucial role will be responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of the order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and dispatched in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the entire order fulfillment cycle, from order placement to final delivery.
- Manage inventory levels within fulfillment systems, ensuring accuracy and coordinating with procurement teams.
- Optimize picking, packing, and shipping processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Select and manage relationships with shipping carriers, negotiating rates and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Implement and utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS) to track orders and inventory.
- Monitor fulfillment performance metrics (e.g., order accuracy, on-time shipping, cost per order) and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience through efficient and reliable order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and documentation requirements for domestic and international orders.




- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, shipping delays, or inventory discrepancies.
- Collaborate with customer service and marketing teams to ensure seamless order processing and address customer inquiries related to shipping.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce logistics, order fulfillment, or warehouse management.
- Strong understanding of online retail operations, inventory management, and shipping processes.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and associated fulfillment tools.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of shipping carrier operations and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
