Key Responsibilities

- Develop AI algorithms for robot navigation, manipulation, and interaction.
- Implement and optimize perception systems using sensor data (cameras, LiDAR, IMU).
- Design and test control strategies and motion planning algorithms.
- Integrate machine learning models for enhanced robot autonomy and learning.
- Work with robotic simulation environments (e.g., ROS, Gazebo) and real robot hardware.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to define system requirements and test designs.
- Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code in C++ and Python.




- Troubleshoot and debug complex robotic and AI systems.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and technological advancements in robotics and AI.
- Contribute to project planning and technical documentation.

Requirements

- Master's or Ph.D. in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on AI/Robotics.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI development for robotics.
- Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
- Experience with the Robot Operating System (ROS).
- Solid understanding of core AI concepts: machine learning, path planning, control theory, computer vision.
- Experience with sensor fusion techniques and algorithms.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) applied to robotics.
- Experience in simulation environments like Gazebo or Isaac Sim.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
