POP MART is building its LATAM DTC organization, seeking a lead who will own the end-to-end DTC P&L; for Mexico and grow into regional leadership. You will oversee merchandising, launches, inventory, CRM, and post-sale experiences while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Supply Chain and Marketing, with a focus on localization of payments and local market dynamics.
The role requires 5+ years in e-commerce or DTC with live P&L; ownership, strong analytical skills, and bilingual
