Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement operational plans to optimize the use of sports facilities and resources.

- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of facility staff, coaches, and support personnel.

- Manage inventory of sports equipment and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports operations management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven experience in budget management and financial oversight.
- Strong knowledge of sports regulations, event management, and facility operations.
