About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect robust telecommunications networks, including fiber optic, wireless, and satellite systems.
- Develop technical specifications and requirements for new communication infrastructure.
- Implement and manage network protocols and ensure seamless data transmission.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex connectivity issues across various platforms.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to select and integrate appropriate technologies.
- Conduct performance analysis and capacity planning for telecommunication systems.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in the telecommunications field.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for network designs and configurations.
- Work closely with software development teams to ensure integrated solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in telecommunications engineering, network design, or a related area.
- In-depth knowledge of telecommunications standards, protocols (e.g., 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi 6), and hardware.
- Proficiency in network simulation and analysis tools.
- Experience with cloud-based communication platforms and solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles related to telecommunications.
