About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies according to detailed work instructions and schematics.
- Perform soldering and other joining techniques with high precision.
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality and identify defects.
- Operate and maintain assembly equipment and tools.
- Test assembled components to verify functionality and adherence to specifications.
- Accurately document assembly processes and test results.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, even in a remote setting.
- Adhere to all company quality and safety standards.




- Collaborate with remote team members and supervisors via digital communication tools.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for assembly operations.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics assembly is a plus.
- Previous experience in electronics assembly or a related manufacturing role.
- Proficiency in soldering and using hand tools for electronic assembly.
- Excellent fine motor skills and manual dexterity.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with basic electronic testing equipment.
- Must have a suitable home office setup conducive to remote work.
