Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth virtual consultations with clients to assess their beauty and wellness needs and goals.
- Develop personalized action plans, including product recommendations, treatment protocols, and lifestyle adjustments.
- Educate clients on product usage, skincare routines, and holistic wellness practices.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and progress.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in the beauty and wellness sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings and client experience.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage client information and track interactions effectively.
- Deliver engaging virtual workshops and presentations on relevant wellness topics.




- Maintain a high level of professionalism and expertise in all client interactions.
- Contribute to the development of new remote service offerings and digital content.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing role within the beauty, spa, or wellness industry.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.
- Extensive knowledge of skincare, cosmetic products, and holistic health practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in using video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Cosmetology, Esthetics, Nutrition, Wellness, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated passion for beauty and wellness trends.
