About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Jefe de Almacén y Control de Inventarios de Alta Rotación to lead their warehouse operations in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, MX . This key position will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations, with a specific focus on maintaining precise inventory control for high-turnover goods. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, and shipping.
- Implement and manage robust inventory control systems to ensure high accuracy for fast-moving items.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

- Associate's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in warehouse management, with a focus on high-turnover inventory.
- Demonstrated experience in inventory control and accuracy management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in warehouse environments.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding setting.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Chihuahua, Chihuahua, MX .
