About the Role

Our client, a leading HR consultancy firm, is seeking a specialized Manufacturing Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico. This role is crucial for supporting manufacturing companies in finding highly skilled personnel, from engineers and production supervisors to plant managers and specialized technicians. The idóneo candidate will have a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry's unique talent needs and a proven ability to source and attract candidates within this sector. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work both from the office in Tlalnepantla and remotely, allowing for effective management of client relationships and candidate pipelines. You will play a key role in helping manufacturing businesses thrive by securing the talent they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with manufacturing clients to define specific technical and operational hiring requirements.
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract skilled professionals for manufacturing roles.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including screening, interviewing, assessing technical competencies, and facilitating offers.
- Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates within the manufacturing industry.
- Provide clients with insights into the manufacturing labor market, including salary trends and talent availability.
- Ensure a positive and efficient experience for both clients and candidates.
- Utilize recruitment databases and tools effectively to manage candidate pipelines.




- Collaborate with the broader HR consulting team to share best practices and market intelligence.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on recruitment activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a specialization in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for technical, operational, and management roles within manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technologies, and industry-specific skill sets.
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and assessment skills.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing office and remote responsibilities.
- Must reside in or be willing to commute to Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico.
