Key Responsibilities

- Conduct end-to-end recruitment for international clients, focusing on roles across North America, Europe, and Asia.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to identify and engage high-caliber candidates globally.
- Perform comprehensive candidate assessments, including behavioral and competency-based interviews.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with clients, offering expert insights and solutions.
- Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience from application to offer.
- Collaborate effectively with a distributed team of consultants and support staff using digital collaboration tools.
- Stay abreast of global labor market trends, legal requirements, and recruitment best practices in different regions.




- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and technologies to identify passive candidates.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our client's recruitment methodologies and service offerings.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in executive search, talent acquisition, or recruitment consulting, with significant international exposure.
- Proven track record of successfully managing searches for senior-level and specialized roles across different countries.
- Exceptional ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse international clients and candidates.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
- Experience with global Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology platforms.
- Demonstrated understanding of global employment laws and compliance practices.
