About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sophisticated NLP models for tasks such as text classification, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and machine translation.

- Design and build data pipelines for efficient processing and management of text data.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate NLP solutions into production systems.
- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and iterate on models to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in NLP and machine learning.




- Communicate complex findings and technical details clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to the overall data science strategy and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data science, with a strong focus on Natural Language Processing.
- Proficiency in Python and relevant NLP libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers).
- Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning techniques.
- Experience working with large text datasets and databases.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Must be able to work on-site in Naucalpan, State of Mexico.
