About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of virtual sporting events, from initial concept to post-event analysis.
- Coordinate with participants, stakeholders, and technology providers to ensure smooth event execution.
- Develop event schedules, rules, and guidelines, ensuring fair play and an engaging experience for all participants.
- Manage online platforms and tools for event registration, communication, and live streaming.
- Oversee the technical aspects of virtual events, troubleshooting any issues that may arise in real-time.
- Create engaging content and promotional materials to drive participation and viewership.
- Liaise with marketing teams to promote events and maximize audience engagement.
- Monitor event performance, gather feedback, and generate post-event reports with key insights and recommendations.

Requirements





- Proven experience (2+ years) in event coordination or management, with a strong emphasis on virtual or online events.
- Demonstrated understanding of the sports industry and its various disciplines.
- Proficiency with event management software, virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams), and streaming platforms.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Fluency in Spanish.
