About the Role

Our client, a dynamic hospitality and tourism provider, is seeking an energetic Customer Service and Sales Agent to join their team in Cancún, Quintana Roo . This dual role requires a motivated individual who can provide exceptional customer service while also identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities. You will be instrumental in assisting clients with bookings, inquiries, and resolving issues, all while promoting our services and packages. This position offers a Hybrid work arrangement, combining essential in-office collaboration with the flexibility to work remotely. Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries regarding bookings, services, and amenities via phone, email, and in-person.
- Process reservations and modifications accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services and packages.
- Promote special offers and loyalty programs to customers.




- Maintain detailed customer records and sales data in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
- Provide information about local attractions and assist with travel arrangements.
- Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment in Cancún, Quintana Roo .

Requirements

- Proven experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in the hospitality or tourism sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.
- Proficiency in using booking systems and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping people and making sales.
- High school diploma required; further education or certifications are a plus.
- Comfortable with a Hybrid work model, balancing office and remote duties in Cancún, Quintana Roo .
