About the Role

Our client, a leading educational institution dedicated to fostering excellence in early childhood education, is seeking an experienced and innovative Pedagogo/a Curricular para Educación Preescolar. Based in Toluca, State of Mexico , this role is crucial in developing and refining the educational framework for our preschool programs. You will be responsible for designing curricula that are not only academically rigorous but also engaging, play-based, and aligned with the latest research in child development. This position requires a deep understanding of pedagogical principles, curriculum design, and the specific needs of young learners. Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and evaluate innovative curricula for preschool education (ages 3-6) aligned with national educational standards and best practices.
- Create detailed lesson plans, learning objectives, and assessment strategies that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Design and source educational materials, resources, and activities that are engaging and developmentally appropriate.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to teachers on curriculum implementation and pedagogical strategies.




- Collaborate with teachers and administrators to ensure consistent delivery and quality of education across all classrooms.
- Research and stay current with advancements in early childhood education, curriculum development, and pedagogical theories.
- Analyze student performance data to identify areas for curriculum improvement and intervention.
- Contribute to the development of school-wide educational policies and initiatives.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Pedagogy, Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Design, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development and implementation in early childhood education.
- In-depth knowledge of child development, learning theories, and effective teaching methodologies for young children.
- Proven ability to design engaging, play-based, and inquiry-driven learning experiences.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in teacher training and professional development.
- Proficiency in educational software and curriculum development tools is a plus.
