About the Role

Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Especialista en Logística y Coordinación de Embarques to join their team in Culiacán, Sinaloa, MX . This role is vital for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods, coordinating all aspects of shipments, and maintaining clear communication with carriers, customers, and internal teams. The adecuado candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics processes, excellent coordination skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be responsible for managing shipment schedules, tracking deliveries, and resolving any issues that may arise during transit. Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Liaise with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries and negotiate rates.
- Track shipments in real-time and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms.
- Resolve any shipping discrepancies or issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipment activities and costs.




- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to optimize shipping schedules.
- Identify opportunities for improving shipping efficiency and reducing costs.
- Respond to inquiries from customers and internal teams regarding shipments.

Requirements

- Associate's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or shipping operations.
- Strong understanding of transportation modes and shipping procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in shipping software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with export/import procedures is a plus.
- Must be able to work remotely from Culiacán, Sinaloa, MX or surrounding areas.
