About the Role

Our client, a dynamic consulting firm specializing in talent acquisition, is seeking a skilled and motivated Bilingual Talent Selection Consultant to join their team. While the role is based in Tijuana, Baja California, MX, there is a strong possibility for remote work arrangement. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that clients secure the best talent available in the market. Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and market challenges.
- Utilize creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates, including passive job seekers.
- Conduct thorough background checks and reference verifications.
- Prepare candidate profiles and present them to clients,



facilitating the interview and selection process.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market compensation, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Contribute to team meetings and knowledge sharing sessions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on industrial or manufacturing roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to adapt to changing client needs and market demands.
