About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to meet current and future workforce needs, particularly within the manufacturing and engineering domains.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance, for all levels of positions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring efficiency and high performance.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and senior leadership.
- Identify and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and specialized talent.
- Manage vendor relationships with external recruitment agencies and technology providers.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends,



measure effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Champion the company's employer brand to attract top talent in the competitive manufacturing market.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
- Significant experience recruiting within the manufacturing, industrial, or automotive sectors is essential.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading recruitment teams.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning and talent pipeline management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems.
- Fluency in Spanish and a strong working knowledge of English.
