About the Role

Our client, a well-established retail chain, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales and Customer Service Representative to join their team at a busy store location in Monterrey, Nuevo León, MX. This role is fundamental in providing exceptional service to customers, driving sales, and maintaining the store's overall presentation and operational efficiency. The idóneo candidate will be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and have a genuine passion for helping customers find the products they need. You will be the face of the brand, responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, and contributing to a positive shopping environment. Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product selection and inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and store policies.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently and courteously.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.




- Contribute to team goals and uphold the company's standards of customer service.
- Assist with merchandising and display setup as needed.
- Operate cash register and manage cash drawer accurately.

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as needed.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn about products and sales techniques.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
