About the Role

Our client is a leading innovator in early childhood education, seeking a visionary Coordinador/a de Aprendizaje Digital para Educación Inicial. This role is fundamentally remote, designed for individuals who excel in online collaboration and are passionate about leveraging technology to enhance early learning experiences. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing digital curricula and resources for preschool-aged children, ensuring they are engaging, effective, and aligned with developmental best practices. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and curate digital educational content and interactive activities for children aged 3-6, focusing on core developmental areas.
- Oversee the integration of educational technology tools and platforms within the early learning programs.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to create engaging online learning modules.
- Provide training and ongoing support to educators on the effective use of digital tools and resources.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.




- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in digital education and early childhood learning.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables for digital content development and platform implementation.
- Ensure all digital content adheres to pedagogical standards and accessibility guidelines.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Educational Technology, Early Childhood Education with a focus on digital learning, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in developing digital educational content, preferably for early childhood.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and how they apply to digital learning environments.
- Proven experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital content creation tools.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at remote collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Experience in training or facilitating workshops, preferably online.
