About the Role

Our client, a well-established educational entity, is seeking an experienced Program Manager for Continuing Education and Professional Development. Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage the strategic planning for continuing education and professional development programs. Design and curate program curricula, ensuring alignment with industry needs and professional standards. Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of qualified instructors and subject matter experts. Oversee program logistics, including scheduling, registration, and resource allocation. Monitor program quality, gather participant feedback, and implement improvements. Develop marketing and outreach strategies to promote program enrollment. Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial sustainability. Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and professional organizations.



Ensure compliance with all relevant accreditation and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, Adult Learning, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably within continuing education or corporate training. Proven track record in curriculum development and adult learning principles. Strong understanding of market trends and professional development needs. Excellent organizational, project management, and leadership skills. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities. Experience with budget management and financial oversight. Proficiency in using educational technologies and management software. Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of instructors, participants, and stakeholders.
