Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Master's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in operations consulting, supply chain management, or a related strategic role.
- Proven track record in leading complex operational transformation projects.
- Deep expertise in areas such as supply chain strategy, manufacturing excellence, logistics, and service operations.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in operations modeling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency with relevant software and analytical tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid or remote environment.
- Experience with clients in the Tlaquepaque, Jalisco region is advantageous.
