About the Role

Our client, an internationally recognized luxury hotel brand, is seeking a distinguished Gerente de Propiedad Hotelera de Lujo to lead their flagship property located in the vibrant area of Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining brand standards, and driving financial performance. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in luxury hotel management, impeccable leadership qualities, and a profound commitment to service excellence. You will be the primary representative of the brand, fostering a culture of hospitality and ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, sales and marketing, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve financial goals, including revenue growth and cost management.
- Ensure the delivery of superior guest service, adhering to and exceeding luxury brand standards.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing hotel team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage operational budgets, P&L; statements, and capital expenditure planning.
- Oversee marketing and sales efforts to drive occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, health and safety standards, and brand policies.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, investors, and community leaders.




- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Act as the primary brand ambassador, representing the hotel in the local community and industry.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 4 years in a General Manager or Assistant General Manager role in a luxury hotel setting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing hotel P&L;, driving revenue, and controlling costs.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, F&B;, revenue management, and sales.
- Experience with luxury brand standards and guest service expectations.
- Ability to work adaptable hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS) and relevant software.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
