Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop engaging digital learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, interactive simulations, and assessments.
- Apply adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective learning solutions.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Write clear, concise, and effective learning objectives, content scripts, and assessment items.
- Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and multimedia software to produce high-quality digital content.
- Incorporate principles of universal design for learning (UDL) to ensure accessibility.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through data analysis and feedback, making necessary revisions.




- Manage project timelines and deliverables for multiple instructional design projects simultaneously.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in instructional design, e-learning, and educational technology.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in instructional design and digital content development.
- Proficiency with industry-standard authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360 Suite, Adobe Creative Suite) and multimedia production.
- Solid understanding of learning theories, instructional design principles, and evaluation methods.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Portfolio showcasing successful digital learning projects is highly recommended.
