About the Role

Our client, a leading non-profit organization focused on youth empowerment, is seeking a passionate and dynamic Coordinador/a de Servicios para Jóvenes en Riesgo to join their dedicated team. Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and manage programs and services for at-risk youth.
- Coordinate outreach activities to identify and engage eligible youth in program services.
- Build and maintain partnerships with schools, community organizations, and other relevant agencies.
- Provide case management and individual support to program participants.
- Organize and facilitate virtual workshops, mentoring sessions, and recreational activities.
- Track participant progress, evaluate program effectiveness, and prepare reports.
- Manage program budgets and ensure responsible use of resources.
- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and program staff.




- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant legal/ethical standards.
- Advocate for the needs of youth within the community and educational systems.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Youth Development, Sociology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with at-risk youth, preferably in a program coordination or case management role.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing youth-focused programs.
- Strong understanding of adolescent development and the challenges faced by at-risk youth.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Superb communication, interpersonal, and active listening abilities.
- Proficiency in virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
- Experience in volunteer management is a plus.
- Passion for youth empowerment and commitment to social justice.
