Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert skincare consultations via virtual channels (video calls, chat, email).
- Develop personalized skincare routines and treatment plans for clients.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content related to skincare.

- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Contribute to team meetings and strategic planning sessions remotely.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Skincare Specialist, Esthetician, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and various skin conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with clients virtually.
- Proficiency in using digital communication and consultation platforms.
- A degree or certification in Esthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Spanish; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to stay abreast of industry advancements.
