About the Role

Our client, a globally recognized luxury cosmetics brand, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Gerente de Tienda de Cosméticos de Lujo to lead their flagship store in Tijuana, Baja California . This is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales performance, managing store operations, and delivering an unparalleled luxury retail experience to customers. You will lead and inspire a team of beauty advisors, cultivate a high-performance sales culture, and ensure the store upholds the brand's prestigious image. Key Responsibilities

- Achieve and exceed store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales.
- Create and maintain an inspiring and luxurious store environment.
- Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to drive store traffic and brand awareness.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure effective stock replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.




- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop high-potential beauty advisors.

Requirements

- Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in retail management, preferably within the luxury cosmetics or beauty sector.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of luxury retail principles and customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in POS systems and retail management software.
- Strong visual merchandising skills and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for the beauty industry and current cosmetic trends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
