Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair fuel injection systems (gasoline and diesel), including common rail and direct injection.
- Perform engine performance diagnostics and identify issues related to combustion, timing, and fuel delivery.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and tools, such as scan tools, fuel pressure testers, and emission analyzers.
- Service and repair fuel pumps, injectors, filters, and related components.
- Tune engines for optimal performance and fuel efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with emission control regulations.
- Interpret engine performance data and technical specifications.




- Maintain detailed records of diagnostic findings and repairs performed.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in fuel injection and engine management technologies.
- Provide technical guidance to other team members.

Requirements

- Technical degree or equivalent certification in Automotive Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience specializing in automotive fuel injection and engine performance.
- In-depth knowledge of gasoline and diesel engine operation, fuel systems, and emission controls.
- Proficiency with diagnostic scan tools, oscilloscopes, and emission testing equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and service bulletins.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with common rail diesel systems and modern gasoline direct injection is essential.
