Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and analyze aircraft engine components and systems.
- Perform performance analysis and simulations using specialized software (e.g., CFD, FEA).
- Collaborate with manufacturing and test teams to oversee the production and validation of engine components.
- Conduct or support engine testing and evaluate test data to verify performance and identify issues.
- Ensure propulsion systems meet performance, reliability, and safety requirements.
- Contribute to the selection and integration of propulsion systems into aircraft designs.
- Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, analysis reports, and test procedures.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams,



including airframe designers, avionics engineers, and safety experts.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in aerospace propulsion technology and industry trends.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in aircraft propulsion system design, analysis, or testing.
- Strong understanding of gas turbine engine principles, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
- Experience with CFD and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools.
- Knowledge of engine materials, manufacturing processes, and testing procedures.
- Familiarity with aerospace regulations and certification requirements for propulsion systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Puebla, Puebla .
