About the Role

WhatJobs Direct is recruiting for a skilled Farmacéutico de Producción y Manufactura to join a dynamic pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. This role is critical for overseeing and ensuring the efficient and compliant production of pharmaceutical products. The successful candidate will be involved in various aspects of manufacturing operations, including process optimization, quality control, and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This position is based in Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes , and requires an on-site presence to effectively manage production lines and ensure operational excellence. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and participate in the daily manufacturing operations of pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure adherence to all GMP regulations and company SOPs throughout the production process.
- Monitor production processes to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Manage raw material inventory and ensure timely availability for production.
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, ensuring proper calibration and maintenance.




- Document all production activities accurately in batch records and other relevant logs.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

- Degree in Pharmacy or a related field such as Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or production.
- Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and pharmaceutical quality systems.
- Experience with various manufacturing processes and equipment used in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
- Proficiency in standard office software and production documentation systems.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing plant environment.
