About the Role

Our client, a leading company in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of new energy infrastructure projects. This fully remote position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to sustainable energy solutions from anywhere in Mexico. You will be responsible for managing all phases of project execution, from feasibility studies and site selection to construction oversight and operational handover. The adecuado candidate will possess a strong background in engineering or infrastructure project management, with specific experience in renewable energy (solar, wind, etc.). You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and local communities. Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full project lifecycle for renewable energy infrastructure projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and risk analyses.
- Oversee the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Ensure compliance with all environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with EPC contractors, suppliers, and other third-party vendors.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate project teams,



fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Manage project documentation and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes within the company.

Requirements

- Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil), Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on energy infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated experience in the renewable energy sector (solar, wind, geothermal, etc.).
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion.
- Strong understanding of project finance, contract management, and risk assessment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote setting and manage distributed teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and permitting processes.
