Key Responsibilities

- Execute thorough cleaning and disinfection protocols in all assigned patient care areas, operating rooms, ICUs, and other hospital facilities.
- Utilize specialized equipment and approved chemical agents for effective disinfection and sterilization.
- Adhere strictly to all hospital policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines.
- Properly dispose of medical waste, hazardous materials, and sharps according to established protocols.
- Maintain a detailed inventory of cleaning supplies, disinfectants, and personal protective equipment (PPE).




- Respond promptly and efficiently to environmental cleaning needs in emergency situations.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and stored after use.
- Conduct regular checks of assigned areas to ensure they meet strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or unusual observations to the supervisor immediately.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on the latest cleaning and disinfection techniques in healthcare settings.

Requirements

- Previous experience in hospital or healthcare cleaning is mandatory.
