About the Role

Our client, a prestigious management consulting firm, is seeking a Strategy and Project Execution Consultant to join their team in Torreón, Coahuila . This role is critical for helping clients define their strategic objectives and ensure the successful implementation of key projects that drive business growth and transformation. You will work closely with senior management to develop robust strategies and oversee project execution, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and achievement of desired outcomes. Key Responsibilities

- Partner with clients to develop clear and actionable strategic plans.
- Define project scopes, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Lead and manage project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among client stakeholders and project teams.
- Monitor project progress, performance, and outcomes, providing regular status updates.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure the effective delivery of strategic initiatives and achieve client business goals.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering,



or a related field; MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, project management, or program management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
- Strong understanding of strategic planning frameworks and project management methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in risk management and change management is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a client-facing role and build strong relationships.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Willingness to be based in our office in Torreón, Coahuila , and travel as needed for client engagements.
