Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles within logistics, supply chain management, warehousing, transportation, and procurement.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, including experienced professionals and those with specialized skills.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews, assessing technical competencies, experience, and fit with client cultures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their operational needs and talent requirements.
- Utilize various online platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates.
- Manage candidate communication and provide a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay current with industry trends,



market demands, and compensation benchmarks in the logistics and supply chain fields.
- Collaborate with a remote team, leveraging digital tools for communication and project management.
- Prepare candidate summaries and present qualified individuals to clients for consideration.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a specific focus on logistics and supply chain roles.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a diverse range of positions within the sector.
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, transportation, and warehousing.
- Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain productivity in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Fluency in Spanish is essential; knowledge of English is a strong asset.
