About the Role

Our client, a leading innovator in Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technologies , is seeking a visionary Director of Artificial Intelligence and Data Strategy . This is a pivotal, fully remote leadership role, spearheading the company's AI initiatives and data-driven decision-making processes. You will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with business objectives, driving innovation, and fostering a data-centric culture across the organization. We are looking for a strategic thinker with extensive experience in AI/ML, data science, and leadership. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a holistic AI and data strategy that drives business growth and innovation.
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and data analysts, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee the end-to-end AI/ML project lifecycle,



from ideation and development to deployment and optimization.
- Identify new opportunities for leveraging AI and data analytics to solve business challenges and create competitive advantages.
- Establish best practices for data governance, data quality, and AI ethics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to champion AI adoption and data literacy.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in the AI and data space.
- Manage the AI and data budget and resource allocation effectively.
- Communicate the AI vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in data science, machine learning, and AI, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful AI strategies for enterprises.
- Deep understanding of various AI/ML techniques, algorithms, and their practical applications.
