About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and digital roles, including software developers, data scientists, UX/UI designers, project managers, and cybersecurity experts.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract highly skilled technical talent, utilizing various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific technical requirements and team dynamics.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT and digital professionals.




- Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in IT recruitment.
- Prepare recruitment status reports and present key metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience specifically in IT recruitment or technical recruiting.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a wide range of technology roles.
- Strong understanding of various programming languages, software development methodologies, and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Spanish is mandatory; knowledge of English is a strong asset.
