About the Role

Our client, a leading aviation services company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Gerente de Capacitación de Personal de Aviación to lead their training initiatives in Toluca, State of Mexico . This role is instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for all levels of staff, including pilots, maintenance technicians, cabin crew, and ground personnel. The idóneo candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, aviation regulations, and team leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring that all personnel are adequately trained to perform their duties safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for various aviation roles.
- Oversee the implementation of training schedules and ensure program effectiveness.
- Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Evaluate training needs and identify skill gaps within the organization.
- Ensure all training programs comply with aviation regulations and company policies.
- Manage a team of instructors and training coordinators.
- Track employee training records and certifications.
- Stay current with advancements in aviation training methodologies and technologies.
- Conduct assessments and provide feedback on trainee performance.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to align training with business objectives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Education,



Aviation Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or advanced certification in training and development is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate training, with at least 3 years focused on the aviation industry.
- Proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
- In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations related to personnel training (e.g., DGAC requirements).
- Experience with various training delivery methods, including classroom, simulation, and e-learning.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for developing materials and communicating with international standards.
- Ability to analyse training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Mexico.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with a significant presence required in Toluca, State of Mexico.
