About the Role

Our client, a leading digital marketing agency based in the vibrant city of Cancún, Quintana Roo , is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer and Digital Animator. Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and design visually engaging graphics for web, social media, and advertising campaigns.
- Create high-quality animations and motion graphics for explainer videos, social media content, and website elements.
- Collaborate with marketing strategists to translate campaign objectives into creative visual assets.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Prepare final artwork files for print and digital production, ensuring optimal quality.
- Stay updated with the latest design software, techniques, and industry trends to continuously improve output.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines effectively.
- Provide constructive feedback to junior designers and contribute to team growth.




- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative creative concepts.
- Adapt designs based on feedback from stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Digital Animator, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design and animation work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience with 2D animation techniques and software.
- Excellent visual communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus.
- Experience in a fast-paced agency environment is highly desirable.
