Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Identify and assess emerging technologies, market trends, and potential disruptions in the insurance sector.
- Lead the ideation, development, and piloting of new insurance products, services, and digital platforms.
- Foster a culture of innovation throughout the organization, encouraging experimentation and collaboration.
- Build and manage relationships with insurtech startups, technology partners, and venture capitalists.
- Oversee the implementation of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and integration.




- Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify unmet needs and opportunities for innovation.

Requirements

- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Business Administration, Technology Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on innovation, strategy, or digital transformation.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or digital solutions.
- Deep understanding of insurtech, AI, data analytics, blockchain, and other relevant technologies.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and change management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in building and managing cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
