Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement advanced NLP models and algorithms for tasks such as text classification, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and machine translation.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines for text data preprocessing, feature extraction, and model training.
- Integrate NLP models into production systems and applications, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to define NLP requirements and solutions.
- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning.




- Optimize NLP models for efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for NLP models and systems.
- Mentor junior software engineers and contribute to code reviews and best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a significant focus on NLP.
- Proficiency in Python and common NLP libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers).
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with building and deploying NLP models in production environments.
- Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and their applications is highly desirable.
