About the Role

Our client, a leading educational institution, is seeking a proactive and well-connected Coordinator of Educational and Industry Partnerships. This role is pivotal in forging and strengthening relationships between the institution and various industries, ensuring that educational programs remain relevant and responsive to market needs. You will identify collaboration opportunities, develop internship programs, and facilitate guest lectures and joint projects. Key Responsibilities

- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with companies and industry organizations.
- Design and implement effective internship and work-study programs for students.
- Facilitate career development workshops, guest speaker sessions, and industry networking events.
- Collaborate with academic departments to align curriculum with current industry demands and emerging trends.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for industry partners, addressing their needs and fostering long-term relationships.
- Promote the institution's programs and resources to potential industry collaborators.
- Track and report on the success metrics of partnership initiatives, including student placements and program impact.




- Organize and support joint research projects or initiatives between the institution and industry.
- Represent the institution at industry fairs, conferences, and recruitment events.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in partnership development, career services, or industry relations, preferably in an educational setting.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of various industry sectors and their workforce needs.
- Experience in organizing events and managing projects.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
