About the Role

Our client seeks a highly motivated and experienced Especialista en Diseño Curricular Avanzado to join their dynamic team in Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes . Key Responsibilities

- Develop and refine comprehensive curricula for various educational levels and disciplines.
- Design engaging and interactive learning materials, including lesson plans, assessments, and digital content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and stakeholders to ensure curriculum relevance and quality.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing curricula and implement improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
- Integrate new educational technologies and methodologies into course design.
- Provide training and support to educators on curriculum implementation and best practices.
- Stay abreast of current trends and research in education, instructional design, and learning sciences.




- Manage curriculum development projects from conception to completion, adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Ensure all curriculum materials comply with accreditation standards and institutional policies.

Requirements

- Master's degree or higher in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum design and development, preferably within higher education or corporate training.
- Proven expertise in adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
- Strong understanding of educational technology tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions regarding curriculum improvement.
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative evaluation of educational programs.
- Proficiency in Spanish; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico.
