Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee all global and domestic logistics, transportation, and warehousing operations.

- Optimize inventory levels and implement effective demand and supply planning processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the entire supply chain.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain and logistics professionals.

- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and relevant laws.
- Manage supply chain budgets and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure supply chain alignment with corporate objectives.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Over 10 years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management, with significant strategic leadership responsibilities.
- Proven experience in managing complex, global supply chains.
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, inventory optimization, and network design.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in advanced supply chain planning software and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of international trade, customs, and logistics regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be based in or willing to work from Querétaro City, Querétaro, MX on a hybrid basis.
