About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and implementation of BIM strategies and workflows for complex architectural projects.
- Create and manage sophisticated parametric models using software such as Grasshopper, Dynamo, or similar tools.
- Develop computational design scripts and algorithms to optimize design solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate parametric design into the overall project.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and libraries.
- Provide training and support to design teams on BIM and parametric design tools.




- Analyze design options and present findings to project teams and clients.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in BIM, parametric design, and architectural technology.
- Contribute to quality control and design reviews.

Requirements

- Degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a BIM Architect or specialist with a strong focus on parametric and computational design.
- Expert proficiency in parametric design tools (e.g., Grasshopper, Dynamo) and BIM software (e.g., Revit).
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
- Experience in developing and implementing BIM execution plans.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience working on diverse architectural projects in Guadalajara or similar markets is advantageous.
