Key Responsibilities

- Develop and present architectural designs, blueprints, and detailed plans for various projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into feasible architectural solutions.
- Lead project teams, manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather essential data and monitor construction progress.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction practices in Mexico.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of successfully completed architectural projects.
- Registered architect with relevant professional bodies.
