About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement NLP models and algorithms for various applications.
- Process and analyze large text datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Build and fine‑tune language models (e.g., transformers, RNNs, LSTMs) for specific tasks.
- Develop and integrate NLP components into larger software systems and applications.
- Evaluate and improve the performance of NLP models using appropriate metrics.




- Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to define requirements and features.
- Stay current with the latest research and developments in NLP and AI.
- Implement techniques for text classification, entity recognition, topic modeling, and sentiment analysis.
- Contribute to the documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field with an NLP focus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in developing and deploying NLP solutions.
- Proficiency in Python and NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers.
- Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts relevant to NLP.
- Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques for text data.
- Experience with chatbot development frameworks is a plus.
- Knowledge of information retrieval and semantic search techniques.
